We are releasing the 27th issue of Cholla Needles!
On March 10, from 3-5 PM at Space Cowboy Books, David Chorlton will be our featured reader. David is a powerful artist and writer whose work often evokes the mystery of the desert. His wife Roberta will add depth to the afternoon with music.
We will celebrate the arrival of issue 27 with poets who appear in the issue. And YOU can be featured on the same stage - bring a poem of your own to read! Each open reader is asked to read one short poem. Come prepared to listen, share and be amazed by many talented local poets. All free, all fun!
The reading is located at the stage behind Space Cowboy Books, located in the Sun Alley Shops at 61871 29 Palms Hwy in Joshua Tree! Come enjoy the beautiful afternoon with us! Cholla Needles is supported by public donations.
