Borrowed Trouble: Micro Tribute to Jack Kerouac (1922-1969)

  1. Last year after I turned 48 I found myself revisiting the poetry and nonfiction of Jack Kerouac, who died at 48. It occurred to me around my 49th birthday I'd outlived one of the greats, and I wondered what I'd learned from his work and complicated life.
